Updated Dashboard and UI Refresh is Generally Available, Add Groups to Slack Channels, and More

FireHydrant has released a generally available UI refresh with improvements to the dashboard, tables, navigation, and added features like a notification center and command bar. They've also added the ability to invite Slack user groups to incident channels directly from runbooks. Additionally, several bugs related to incident filters, responding teams, and impacted services have been fixed.
