ServiceNow Integration Now Generally Available, Jira Cloud Integration Improvements, Expanded Analytics

This week, FireHydrant released several updates including a generally available ServiceNow integration with customizable field mapping for seamless data sync. They’ve also improved their Jira Cloud integration by using account IDs for more reliable user assignment and expanded their Analytics time range to cover up to three years of incident history. Additionally, new Slack features like a handoff command and customizable nudges aim to improve team collaboration and incident response.
