New RBAC Roles Enable Secure and Scalable Incident Management Processes

FireHydrant has updated its Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with two new roles – Viewer and Collaborator – to provide more granular access control for incident management. These additions allow teams to grant view-only or limited editing access, enhancing security and scalability while maintaining core workflow management for owners and admins. This update enables organizations to confidently build secure incident response processes and ensure the right people have the appropriate level of access.
