New Liquid Variables, Saved Views, and Coming Soon: Local Time Display

FireHydrant recently released several updates including easier access to incident data with new Liquid Variables, and Saved Views for the Service Catalog to improve efficiency. They're also launching a local time display on September 22nd to enhance usability, and are beta testing automatic addition of responding teams to incident channels. These changes aim to streamline incident management and improve team collaboration within the platform.
