Introducing Related Incidents

FireHydrant has launched “Related Incidents,” a new feature allowing users to link multiple incidents under a single “parent” incident for better coordination and breakdown of complex issues. This simplifies sharing updates and resolution processes – resolving the parent incident offers options to resolve or archive its related “child” incidents. The feature is accessible within the FireHydrant platform and via Slack command, aiming to streamline incident management for teams.
