FireHydrant has launched "Alert Routes," a new feature that allows users to automate incident creation and alert routing within Slack based on conditions like priority and service. This automation streamlines incident response by automatically opening incidents for high-priority alerts and directing others to specific teams or channels, improving efficiency. Alert Routes are now available for existing integrations like PagerDuty and OpsGenie.
