Improving our Slack Experience

FireHydrant has significantly improved its Slack integration to streamline incident management, as 80% of their users interact with the platform primarily through Slack. The updates include a new modal-based help & command launcher, customizable incident declaration forms, and simplified commands for updating status pages and adding catalog entries – all designed for speed and ease of use. These changes aim to make incident response faster and more efficient directly within Slack, mirroring the functionality of the web app.
