FireHydrant has released updates to simplify and enhance their incident management platform. These include pre-built runbook templates for quick automation, improved runbook testing & attachment, and more powerful analytics filtering based on runbook conditions. Additionally, runbooks now have access to more variables like last incident update and retrospective ID for increased customization.
