Create your own Slack commands to run Webhooks

FireHydrant has launched a new, experimental feature allowing users to create custom Slack commands that trigger webhooks to external services – enabling automated actions during incident response. Alongside this, they've made several UI improvements to system emails, the command center sidebar, tasks/follow-ups, and milestone filters for better clarity and usability.
