Automatically Add Responding Teams to Slack, Updated Teams Management, and Follow-up Items during incidents

FireHydrant has released updates to streamline incident response, including automatically adding responding teams to relevant Slack channels and a redesigned teams management interface. Users can now also create follow-up items during incidents, rather than waiting for the retrospective phase. These improvements, alongside several bug fixes, aim to improve efficiency and clarity throughout the incident lifecycle.
