Lambda-powered functions land in OTTL

OpenTelemetry Collector Contrib v0.157.0 has introduced lambda expressions to the OpenTelemetry Transformation Language (OTTL), allowing users to pass inline logic directly to higher-order functions. This update adds eight new functions—including Filter, MapEach, and Reduce—to enable more concise and reusable transformations for complex collection operations like data sanitization and normalization.
