Help us stabilize environment variable context propagation

Summary

To prevent traces from breaking across process boundaries like shell commands and CI/CD pipelines, OpenTelemetry has introduced a release candidate to standardize using environment variables for context propagation. This specification allows trace identifiers and baggage to be passed between child processes through normalized environment variables, ensuring continuous visibility in batch and command-line workloads where network headers are unavailable. OpenTelemetry is currently seeking feedback from implementers and users to help stabilize this new standard.
